Below are off-campus apartments near The University of West Alabama. Rental rates are reported by the property, but rates are subject to change. Some of the units may be government subsidized and rental rates are based on income.  No endorsement by the University is made or implied by being listed below. The information has been submitted by local property owners to assist students, especially graduate students, married students, and students with children, in locating apartments near the University. The Housing Office reserves the right to remove apartments from the list for any reason.

Landlords wishing to be added to the listing should complete the Off-Campus Housing Listing Request. Landlords are expected to update their information, including rental rates, regularly. Listings are updated here by June 1st each year.
